2017-2018 12 months contract (at least, if u want you can stay longer) 300 euros for the room per month +660 euros per year for water, electricity.. Nice and comfortable room in a Student Residence from Group Globiss (Studenthousing & Real Estate). The residence is in the centrum of Leuven: Lei 41; 3000, where u are close to everything: stores, supermarket, restaurants, bank etc.. The price for the room is 300euros per month but 660euros should be payed in July for water, electricity, cleaning lady, etc..for all year! Furnished: Bed, desk, chest of drawers, desk chair, bookcase, wardrobe, lavabo, kot net avaiable. The toilet and shower is shared with only 1 person; The living room is shared with everyone from the residence (its a big one!); The kitchen is shared only with the persons of each floor: in this case, 5floor;
