New apartment on the Belliard street

Hey there, I have left for Istanbul for my work and I'm leaving behind a beautiful and new apartment (122 m² + 13 m² balcony - 3rd floor) on the Belliard street. I will be in Turkey for another year and I would like to rent out the available room for any period between 6 months to 2 years. The apartment is ideally located, next to the European Commission, between Parc Leopold and Parc Cinquantenaire, and 2min walk from Schuman and Place Jourdan. The apartment is really new and is stylishly and tightly decorated with mostly design furniture. I have 2 tenants in both rooms currently. One is leaving beginning of May, meaning the room on the sunny side (facing south) will be available soon. The price on this site is for 1 room. The tenant that will stay is a Chinese woman working in Brussels for the time being. she is very respectful and is most of the weekends out of town. The apartment is fully furnished and aside from the bedroom, you will be sharing all the other spaces with the other tenant. Those are: a huuuge living room (56 m²), an open granite kitchen, a storage rooms, a laundry room, 2 restrooms and a bathroom with 2 separated sinks. There is also a storage room for bikes. As for me, I am a Chinese girl and I used to live in Belgium for quite a while. I worked at Coca-Cola in Anderlecht and now in our Istanbul office. I am 29 years old (it's been 3 years I have used this site to find flatmates yet I cannot seem to be able to change the age in my profile :):) I guess I am forever 25). The perfect tenant would be someone who is aware of the basic rules of flat sharing and be stable, honest and trustworthy. 735 euro is for the rent per room, which is really reasonable considering the location and the conditions of the apartment (as a fact, another apartment exactly like mine is being rented out for 1900/month without any charges). 195euro as the extra charges are the common expenses (for elevator, gardener, trash, syndic...) + high speed internet and digital tv + estimated cost for water, gas and electricity, divided by 2. I should mention that I also speak Mandarin Chinese, French, Dutch and some notions of Turkish :).
