House to share close to Tomberg and Woluwe park

Hi everyone! Salut tout le monde! Hallo iedereen! We have one spacious room (40mq2) with private bathroom to rent in a colocation house. The price of the room is €625 + €75 charges per month. Charges are per person living in the house. The house has a very big living room with dining area, a kitchen (fully equipped and dishwasher). A terrace is accessible from the kitchen and it overlooks a very nice garden. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the house. The house is situated in a nice and quiet residential area, close to tomberg (800 mt) and Woluwe park (perfect if you like to go for a run). Shopping facilties are within short distance of the house. Currently we are two 2 guys and 2 girls and the house has a very easygoing and open environment. We would like to find a new flatmate who shares that though and look forward to spending some time together! :-) Ideally we are looking for interns or young professionals, males or females does not matter (couples are also welcome), but we are very happy to meet anyone interested and give some more info about us and the house.
