I am looking for a Flatemate to replace my current roommate who leaves because he bought a house. The appartement is confortable and warm. Surface about 80 square meters. Fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, etc). It is more a place to have nice dinners rather than night parties. Located at the second floor of an old-style house, in a very beautifull and convenient neighbourhood (lots of shops, bars and restaurants in a very close distance), very calm street, close to the Chatelain Place. Public transport : tramways 92, 94, 97, 81 and underground Horta, Bascule and Louise. The view from the sleeping room is on the surrounding gardens. You can choose to keep the furniture in the room or we can move it away. Internet (24mb/s, unlimited) and telephone (unlimited calls 24/24 7/7 in all Europe except special numbers) included. Contract duration depends on every situation, it has to be discussed. Entièrement meublé, (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc) il est probablement d'avantage un lieu pour faire de bons diners qu'un lieu de fête : ) Au deuxième étage d'une maison de maitre, il est situé dans un beau quartier et surtout très calme, à proximité de la place du Châtelain. (trams 92, 94, 97, 81 et métro horta, bascule, louise). La chambre proposée offre une vue sur les jardin environnant. Les meubles présents dans la chambre peuvent être gardés ou non. Il y a évidement internet mais aussi téléphonie (appels illimités 24/24 7/7 partout en Europe hors numéraux spéciaux).
