Distance to metro Hotel des Monnaies : 200m. The only thing you share is the toilet, with 2 more persons. The toilet is located just near the entrance of the studio. (1,5m away, NO stairs or long corridors to walk !). Acoustically super isolated entrance door to the studio to maximize your intimacy. So, this is NOT a shared flat ! NOT possible to make residency (domiciliation) on this address. But I could help with that in another way if you need it. Wi-fi internet included. You'll have your own ring bell and a shared mailbox. The water bill is included in the rent but not the electricity. There is a dedicated electricity counter for the micro studio and the amount to be paid depends on your usage. (average about 20-30€/month) WARNING : Minimum rental contract : 3 months with a possibility to extend few more months. Priority will be given to flexible people committed to stay till the starting of the Renovation/transformation works of the entire house. (middle-end of 2016) The house is old and need a full renovation but the studio looks good. If you're pretentious, this space is maybe not for you. But if you like calmness, green view and feel good to have your own little place this is THE place to be !
