We are Nadia, Alberto, Kasia and Pierre. We have been living together for two years; now we are moving to a new, larger space and are looking for a person or a couple willing to join our co-living project (more info here). We have one room available in a beautiful 260 m2 loft + terrace located within walking distance from Gare Du Midi and Parvis Saint Gilles and well connected to public transport options and all amenities. Rooms are spacious with large double-glazed windows overlooking a terrace, and beautiful wooden floors. Wifi. The rent for the available room is 600 Eur /month + 60 Eur/month (charges) + utilities. In addition to a private bedroom and free access to all the shared areas the price includes access to a guest room for hosting visiting friends and family. Connectivity (Wifi) is good all over the building. We have the entire building to ourselves. The house has two spacious living rooms/open kitchens, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two additional toilets (four toilets in total), a laundry room, a large outdoor court connecting the two sections of the space, and an additional sun terrace. It’s huge. If you work from home you will like our co-working space where we also host events every now and then. The Neighborhood It’s chilled, multicultural and our favourite part of the city. Every weekend and several times a week there are markets where you can buy fresh produce within walking distance. The Parvis square around 10 minutes on foot is always lively, especially when it’s warm outside. There is also a big park near the building which is great for runners (we use it a lot). It’s well serviced too- you have everything you need within walking distance: Several modes of public transport, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and late night groceries, shops, clinics, gyms, estheticians, even a public swimming pool. If you travel a lot you will appreciate the short walk to Gare Du Midi. Interested? If you’re in Brussels already, it would be great if we could meet in person.
