I am looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful fully furnished 100 m2 apartment close to ULB University's Solvay School of Business starting with 1st of March (earlier if needed). The apartment has 2 rooms and a big spacious living room, 2 balconies, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a large fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, an oven & a microwave). It is located near the Cambre Etoile tram station and it has easy access to buses & trams going to the centre. At 5 minutes walking distance you have 2 beautiful parks. The room is spacious, it has big windows, all the necessary furniture (a double bed, a huge closet, …) and also has access to a big balcony. The rent is 680€/month including water & gas charges but excluding electricity & internet, TV costs. I am a young professional, who enjoys great conversation and company.
