Sublet for 1 or 2 months preferably but maximum as welll = ( 20 Aril until 25 of June only ) of a fully equipped duplex with double bed on a mezzanine, living with canape, tv, wifi ,dining room and kitchen with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with bath, this on top floor/3rd floor of a typical brussels house, just behind the corner of Gare du Luxembourg and European Parliament. Very convenient to travel. rent will be pro rata temporis of course i'm renting it out for 700€ all in for one person and 750€ for a couple or 2 persons searching for quiet and respectfull tenant since my brother in law will stat living most of his time in Thailand and will only come back 4x /year for 3 weeks. he will leave Brussels by 19 of April and he ll be back back by 26 of June
