Nice and cosy room to rent in a big house in the EU neighbourhood, close to Schuman and the Cinquantenaire park. To share with other 4 flatmates. Free as of 15 May 2016(flexible). All confort: 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, internet WiFi, landline phone, TV, basement, garden, laundry machine, dish-washer... Close to Schuman metro stop (15 min walk) , bus stop (63,29,21) in front of the house, Villo (public bike) just 20m from the house, tram stop (7, 25 et 62) - 3 min walk. Rent: 475 euros, all included. What about us? We are 4 young people working in different sectors. We like to get together for a chat, movie, brunch, BBQ, party... The ideal flatmate for us: young worker, btw 26 and 35 years old, speaking English, French. Any other foreign language is welcome.
