Looking for young professionals, interns and mature students, to share our lovely villa. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood of Rhode-St-Genese in the south of Brussels and close to the Von Karman Institute. Note: the location map may not be accurate. The rooms are equipped with beds, tables, shelves, wardrobes, lamps etc. There are four rooms for rent: one large double room with attached bathroom (500 available from May 2016), two medium sized rooms with shared bathroom (450 available from May) and a cosy room in the loft adjacent to a lounge and breakfast cum laundry area (400 available from August 2016) with shared bath. Also suitable for a group of friends or family of 4-5 people. Rooms are for single occupancy, but couples and children may be accepted by arrangement as there is one large double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. You have access to all amenities, garden, kitchen, lounge, buanderie, etc. You can walk easily to local shops, public transport and to the woods. You will share with - young professionals, international students and interns. Please apply with details of work, study. References, id and letter of acceptance from receiving Belgian institution will be required to finalise any agreement.
